One of our important recent litigations
involved construction of a government project that required use of a formalized
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program. The purpose
was to control costs and avoid errors. Unfortunately, the contractor failed
to properly implement the required program and cost over-runs and construction
errors went undetected until too late. Our expertise and testimony helped
our client prove that the contract requirements were never met. Quality
Assurance/Quality Control Programs should reduce costs and help detect errors
in a timely fashion. The use of these Programs should help management control
the project within budget. |
